Senior QLab Support Specialist (Half Time)

Figure 53, a Baltimore-based software company, is hiring a part-time Senior QLab Support Specialist to provide technical support and customer service for their flagship product, QLab, used in live performance control.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $76,000 for 20 hrs/week (half-time) with profit sharing after 1 year, benefits include health insurance, paid vacation, SIMPLE IRA, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Answer licensing and technical questions about QLab via email.
• Provide clear, friendly, and supportive customer support.
• Collaborate with team to solve technical issues.

Requirements

• Moderate or expert experience with QLab (at least 1-2 years).
• Superb writing skills.
• Experience in theater production environment.
• Basic macOS administration skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a friendly tone in communication.
• Willingness to learn licensing system and other technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
