Responsibilities

• Coordinate casino-related content and reviews, working closely with writers and researchers
• Own our operator database – keep it accurate, current, and well-organized
• Handle ongoing operations, updates, and escalations
• Manage affiliate relationships with casino operators
• Drive day-to-day ops and process improvements, coordinate publishing schedules, keep the team moving
• Cover user support: handle inquiries, help users navigate disputes with casinos, answer questions about reviews, and improve support processes

Requirements

• Solid background in iGaming
• Deep understanding of wagering, bonuses, and operator quality
• Coordination and operations mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Industry experience, juniors welcome
