Responsibilities
- Lead and manage highly complex projects and strategic initiatives across multiple portfolios and cross-functional teams.
- Drive integrated project planning, milestone management, resource coordination, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and executive-level status reporting.
- Build and maintain project schedules, roadmaps, risk registers, action tracking, dependency management, and governance documentation.
- Provide concise, executive-level communication regarding project progress, risks, decisions, financial impacts, dependencies, and required actions.
- Coordinate and negotiate resource assignments with Engineering Resource Managers and communicate capacity and delivery impacts across stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment between contractual obligations, scope management, compliance requirements, customer expectations, and technical delivery teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Testing, Operations, Legal, Market Planning, Sales, and customer stakeholders.
- Manage client communications, executive stakeholder engagement, escalations, and expectation management throughout all project phases.
- Oversee all phases of the product development and implementation lifecycle, from initiation through deployment and operational transition.
- Identify delivery risks proactively and drive accountability across teams to ensure timely resolution and successful outcomes.
- Support operational optimization and continuous improvement efforts across project delivery, governance, reporting, and execution practices.
- Apply structured delivery methodologies, including Agile and hybrid approaches, based on project, customer, and organizational needs.
- Operate effectively within fast-moving environments where priorities, requirements, and timelines may evolve.
Requirements
- 7+ years of PMO, program management, or equivalent complex project delivery experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- PMP certification required.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional, customer-facing initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience managing executive-level stakeholders, customer escalations, and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Proven ability to lead projects involving compliance, contractual obligations, scope governance, and operational accountability.
- Strong understanding of Agile, hybrid, and structured project delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs while maintaining delivery focus.
- Experience building and maintaining executive-level reporting, schedules, risk registers, and governance artifacts.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills across technical, operational, business, and customer organizations.
- Experience driving operational improvement and delivery optimization initiatives.

Additional Information
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
- This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
