Senior Manager, Marketing PMO

Collectors is a leading creator of innovative technology for collectors, offering services like grading, authentication, and digitalization of collectibles. They are seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing PMO to lead and scale their marketing operations infrastructure during a period of growth.

Location: Santa Ana, California, or remote

Salary: $139,000 - $225,000

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Marketing PMO function, building scalable operating models, governance structures, and delivery frameworks.
• Drive enterprise marketing planning and integrated operations, overseeing quarterly planning, campaign planning, and organizational prioritization.
• Connect marketing ways of working across teams by implementing scalable processes, governance models, and collaboration frameworks.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive strategic execution, leading complex initiatives and identifying organizational risks and inefficiencies.
• Optimize tools, reporting, and operational visibility, including developing dashboards, KPIs, templates, and workflows.
• Champion continuous improvement and organizational excellence through operational transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, PMO, Program Management, Business Operations, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Proven success leading and scaling PMO or operational functions within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.
• Deep understanding of integrated marketing organizations, campaign operations, GTM planning, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator, systems thinker, and change leader.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with competing priorities.
• Expertise with work management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree; PMP, Agile certification, or advanced degree is a plus.
