Support the Project Leader and Clinical Project Manager in project management activities for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements. The role involves documentation, coordination, reporting, and team support, primarily for a home-based position in Mexico.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of all project documentation including files, records, and reports.
- Assist with periodic review/audit of files for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of all information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for assigned projects.
- Manage study specific eTraining and oversee compliance.
- Support the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
- Prepare and distribute status, tracking, and project finance reports, and assist with budget allocation and invoice approval.
- Organize and support project meetings, including taking minutes and following up on actions.
- Support the preparation of presentation materials and project summaries.
- Coordinate project team and customer meetings, including logistics and materials.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies in project data and billing.
- Establish and manage performance dashboards, analyze event triggers, and determine follow-up actions.
- Monitor metrics and update IQVIA systems for accurate reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding of new team members and system access.
- Assist in training and orienting junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field.
- Typically 2-3+ years of experience in clinical project support.
- Knowledge of clinical trials, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including good command of English.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Results and detail-oriented with good planning and time management.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships.
- Ability to work across geographies with cultural awareness.
