Familial Amyloidosis Polyneuropathy (FAP) Columnist

Bionews is seeking members of the FAP community to join as freelance columnists to share personal experiences with rare or chronic diseases, specifically FAP, through personal essays aimed at informing, inspiring, and educating a broad audience.
Location: United States
Responsibilities
- Fulfill weekly deadlines for column submissions.
- Communicate effectively with editors and managers.
- Submit 400-800 word drafts adhering to policies.
- Complete revisions promptly.
- Complete training provided by Bionews.
Requirements
- Prior experience with writing for an audience.
- At least three months’ experience with FAP, either as a patient or caregiver.
- Caregivers must be direct relatives, guardians, or spouses.
Additional Information
- Must be a member of the FAP community — caregiver preferred, but patients may apply.
- This is a contract position.
