Senior Manager, DevOps

Modivcare is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, DevOps & Reliability to lead their Infrastructure team, supporting cloud and on-premises environments, with a focus on Azure cloud migration, automation, and operational excellence.

Location: Remote

Salary: $140,000-$185,000

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of DevOps engineers, SREs, and infrastructure engineers.
• Oversee architecture, deployment, and management of Azure cloud environments.
• Manage on-premises data center infrastructure and support hybrid architecture.
• Define and implement DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Ensure operational excellence, monitoring, incident response, and security compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• 5+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience managing on-premises data center infrastructure.
• Expertise with IaC tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system architecture in hybrid cloud environments.
• Troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with AI tools like Codex or Copilot.
• Preferred: experience with hybrid cloud architectures, AWS, containerization, and regulated environments.
