Senior Client Executive - Financial Institutions

The Senior Client Executive is a growth-minded leader responsible for expanding strategic client engagement, protecting revenue, and driving growth across complex accounts. The role requires strong forecasting, independence, and a proactive, hustle-driven approach.

Responsibilities
- Develop trusted, executive-level relationships with clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional teams.
- Anticipate client needs and identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Manage renewal strategies to maximize revenue retention.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Analyze client performance and health signals.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and maintain CRM discipline.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to clients and internal teams.
- Resolve issues and optimize client outcomes with cross-team collaboration.
- Maintain operational excellence through CRM hygiene and account planning.
- Provide customer insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
- Prioritize and resolve operational issues in collaboration with teams.
- Refine account strategies based on market and client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience.
- 10+ years of financial institutions knowledge.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client leadership, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, data, or tech environments.
- Experience managing high-value, complex clients with executive relationships.
- Proven ability to forecast revenue with disciplined pipeline management.
- Track record of renewal and expansion success.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
