Salary: $180,000–$200,000/yr OTE
Responsibilities
- Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand their goals, explain the admissions process, and recommend programs.
- Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first contact through enrollment, building trust and guiding them.
- Follow up strategically to stay connected, anticipate questions, and help prospects decide to partner with Inspira.
- Experiment and innovate with scripts, messaging, and follow-up strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Close deals across various programs, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, counseling, and finance teams for seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed on market trends and provide feedback to leadership.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle, track leads, log communications, forecast revenue, and maintain data integrity.
- Forecast enrollments accurately by managing deal stages and close dates.
- Support onboarding and customer success for new students.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of inbound sales experience in a service-oriented or consultative environment, with sales cycles under 2–3 months.
- Proven success selling high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+), exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting, writing, and speaking.
- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably in HubSpot or similar tools.
- Comfort with data and reporting, including Excel or Google Sheets.
- Nice to Have: Prior experience in education, admissions, or academic consulting sales.
