Sales Manager – East

The Sales Manager for the East region is responsible for leading sales activities, developing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team development, and customer relationship management.

Location: Region-specific (East)

Salary: $120,000/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance a culture of high performance and accountability, including implementation of sales methodologies and training.
• Monitor individual and group sales performance, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Inform leadership on sales performance through data-driven reporting, forecasting, and planning.
• Maintain key regional customer relationships and build new ones.
• Regularly contact and build relationships with key manufacturer partners.
• Familiarity with top regional accounts and revenue metrics.
• Conduct in-person customer visits and team meetings.
• Prepare regional sales reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in outside field sales.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in people management and leadership.
• Proficiency with CRMs (preferably NetSuite or Salesforce).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information

• Travel around 60% of the time for customer visits and co-selling.
