The role is for a Sales Executive in the Americas region, part of the New Business team, responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospective clients to introduce GBG’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.
- Sell additional products and services to a portfolio of named existing customers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Understand and effectively navigate the sales process, from initial outreach through to contract negotiations and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry trends and maintain knowledge of GBG’s solutions to position them effectively to potential clients.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within the Fraud, Identity Verification, or related technology sectors.
- Proven track record of new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise-level customers.
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand GBG’s identity and fraud prevention solutions, translating product knowledge into client value.
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Marketing, to ensure solutions meet client needs and market trends.
- A results-driven, customer-focused mindset, with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) to track and manage sales activities and pipelines.
