Strategic Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Manage prospects from initial engagement to close, navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with deal sizes of $1M+ ARR.
  • Build and deepen relationships with large enterprises and investment firms, driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate BuildOps' value proposition, focusing on ROI and transformative impact.
  • Partner with SDR, Sales Engineering, and other teams to craft tailored strategies for high-potential accounts.
  • Work closely with private equity and investment firms to uncover portfolio-wide opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and leverage insights to create compelling narratives for prospects.
  • Achieve revenue targets and establish BuildOps as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a track record of closing seven-figure deals.
  • Success managing multi-stakeholder, high-value sales processes, preferably with Fortune 500 or investment-backed organizations.
  • Familiarity with the construction, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor space is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working with private equity or investment firms is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets of $1M+ ARR.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence C-level executives.
  • Comfortable leading technical demos and aligning solutions with customer challenges.
