Responsibilities
- Act as the technical partner for Account Executives across Europe
- Support multiple deals across different countries simultaneously
- Align technical solutions with customer needs and mission
- Deliver high-quality, tailored product demos across different markets
- Adapt messaging to different audiences and cultural contexts
- Lead Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and technical validations
- Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Represent Toka professionally and credibly
- Build trust quickly in diverse environments
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Toka’s platform
- Support RFPs, proposals, and technical discussions
- Provide feedback to Product and R&D from the field
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales roles
- Strong experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Proven ability to deliver impactful demos
- Excellent communication skills - ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (country-dependent)
