CSG’s Communication Design & Delivery organization helps leading brands design, produce, and deliver customer communications across print and digital channels. They are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead growth in print and mail communications within key markets and strategic accounts.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and prospects in target markets, focusing on print and mail communications solutions.
- Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligning CSG’s capabilities with customer communication, marketing, and customer experience objectives.
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to contract signature.
- Craft value propositions, messaging, and presentations to articulate how CSG’s services drive efficiency, compliance, and engagement.
- Partner with internal teams to propose deliverable, scalable, and differentiated solutions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of formal print and mail experience within target markets, with a strong understanding of transactional print and critical customer communications.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize prospects in transactional print, leveraging subject matter experts.
- Executive presence and strategic mindset, with experience leading large, complex sales opportunities.
- Strong commercial and solution orientation, able to assess situations and articulate value and ROI.
- Advanced communication skills with a track record of influencing, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas, self-motivated, resilient, outcome-driven.
- Experience as a change agent, building high-performance partnerships, and driving transformational outcomes.
- High integrity and professionalism, committed to compliance and security standards.
