The company is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to contribute to growth through outbound prospecting, appointment setting, and client engagement.
Location: Remote (US)
Responsibilities
- Prospecting business owners and decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other approved channels.
- Generating qualified appointments for Business Consultants.
- Conducting research on target accounts and identifying key decision-makers.
- Following up consistently with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Working closely with Business Consultants to ensure smooth appointment handoffs.
- Continuously improving messaging, objection handling, and sales skills.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to confidently speak with business owners and executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and professional work setup.
- Previous outbound sales experience is preferred but not required.
