Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and networking to generate leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and tailor approaches based on target markets and industry trends.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning and understanding of client needs.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using HubSpot CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation efforts.
  • Share updates and reports on lead generation progress, pipeline status, and conversion metrics regularly to leadership.
  • Provide valuable feedback to improve sales processes and messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets and goals in a sales or business development role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • General understanding of digital advertising and marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
