Responsibilities
- Grow and expand accounts by identifying new buyers, upselling solutions, and closing new opportunities.
- Engage qualified leads and conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs, challenges, and goals.
- Create and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations that align with client objectives.
- Master Alleyoop’s solutions, industry trends, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted expert.
- Collaborate with managers and directors to strategize, execute outreach plans, and optimize campaigns.
- Manage inbound and outbound prospect interactions, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas.
- Identify business needs, handle objections, and deliver persuasive messaging to drive urgency and close deals.
- Accurately update CRM records and maintain detailed, organized client information.
- Represent the Alleyoop brand with professionalism, clarity, and energy across all communication channels.
- Support multiple client campaigns, balancing competing priorities while meeting performance expectations.
- Perform outbound calls daily and take on additional projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of Inside Sales experience strongly preferred.
