Responsibilities

  • Grow and expand accounts by identifying new buyers, upselling solutions, and closing new opportunities.
  • Engage qualified leads and conduct discovery conversations to uncover needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Create and deliver tailored, value-driven presentations that align with client objectives.
  • Master Alleyoop’s solutions, industry trends, and best practices to position yourself as a trusted expert.
  • Collaborate with managers and directors to strategize, execute outreach plans, and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage inbound and outbound prospect interactions, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently exceeding quotas.
  • Identify business needs, handle objections, and deliver persuasive messaging to drive urgency and close deals.
  • Accurately update CRM records and maintain detailed, organized client information.
  • Represent the Alleyoop brand with professionalism, clarity, and energy across all communication channels.
  • Support multiple client campaigns, balancing competing priorities while meeting performance expectations.
  • Perform outbound calls daily and take on additional projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of Inside Sales experience strongly preferred.
