Sales Development Manager

Swivl is a global leader in innovative tools for reflective teaching, trusted by over 75,000 schools worldwide. The company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in K-12 education by developing new opportunities within school districts for their Reflectivity and Mirror products.
Location: Remote
Salary: $50k–$60k
Responsibilities
- Generate new prospects and nurture existing prospects through outbound phone calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targets
- Execute outbound campaigns regularly developed on your own or in collaboration with account managers and management
- Meet weekly call requirements
- Achieve weekly sales goals by setting qualified meetings for the sales team
- Provide enough information from your qualification call to make the meeting a success
- Regularly participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Follow up with and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales development/sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous K-12 teaching experience
- Experience in education industry (K-12 & higher ed), SaaS preferred
- Excellent phone, written and verbal skills
- Well organized with efficient time management skills
- Eager to collaborate
- Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to exceed sales objectives
Additional Information
- This position is compensated by the base salary and commission.
