Retoucher

RYZ Labs is seeking a Pre-Press Retoucher to support imaging, color correction, and retouching of card images for the sports merchandising industry. The role involves translating card designs into high-quality, error-free press-ready materials, working closely with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of color accuracy and image quality.

Location: Remote (Argentina or Uruguay)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements
• Maintain quality control procedures to ensure visual materials meet high standards and project requirements
• Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve desired retouching results
• Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and color accuracy
• Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment
• Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software

Requirements

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and retouching operations
• Proficiency in imaging and retouching software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized tools
• Strong knowledge of color theory and color management
• Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
