Program Manager, Risk Ops Enablement

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses, aiming to increase the GDP of the internet. The Risk Operations Enablement team builds and operates core programs to ensure operational excellence, prevent bad actors, and deliver a great user experience.

Location: US-Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global programs, from initial scoping to design and execution and work on high-impact strategic initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally across Risk, Risk Product, Risk Eng, and other teams to prioritize and maximize project impact
• Design and launch programs that improve operational processes and business outcomes
• Serve as the Risk Operations expert and partner with stakeholders to scope and execute large projects for operational efficiencies and readiness
• Embodies operating principles and fosters company culture

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in risk program management, strategy, management consulting, business operations, or operations program management
• Ability to analyze data and think from first principles
• Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end project execution experience
• Enjoy solving complex problems and turning ambiguous inputs into action plans
• Identify issues and build scalable solutions
