Product Designer

They are seeking a designer who codes to own core platform experiences and work directly with engineers and product managers.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $142,000—$178,000 USD (US), $158,000—$197,000 USD (Premium Markets)

Responsibilities

• Owning the design and frontend quality of core platform areas, from initial concept through to production.
• Fixing UI bugs and shipping polish directly in the codebase.
• Communicating designs through wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups, and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• Partnering closely with product managers and engineers as a trusted, embedded collaborator.
• Using AI tools to accelerate workflow, automate tasks, and improve code quality.
• Contributing to design feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Advocating for product quality and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing for complex software applications, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer tools.
• Frontend engineering skills: React, TypeScript, CSS, comfortable in a codebase.
• Strong visual design fundamentals and UI quality.
• Experience owning products end-to-end, working with developers and Product Managers.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and design systems.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and active practice of using them in workflows.
