Remote Scheduling & Sales Specialist

HearCanada is seeking a Remote Scheduling and Sales Specialist to join their Inside Sales Team. The role involves engaging with clients across Canada to book hearing care appointments, with a focus on delivering exceptional hearing health services.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $21-$25/hour based on experience + bonus

Responsibilities

• Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book appointments with hearing care professionals.
• Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and book hearing care appointments.
• Meet and exceed daily KPIs and overall targets while maintaining standards.
• Participate in team meetings to share feedback and practice sales skills.
• Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update client information in CRM.
• Communicate and work effectively with clinic teams to maximize booking schedules.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling.
• Health industry experience is considered an asset.
• Able to exercise empathy and lead conversations to obtain client bookings with individuals experiencing hearing loss.
• Preference for bilingual (English, French) candidates.
• Highly motivated and goal-driven to exceed KPIs.
• Prior experience with CRM systems and willingness to learn new software and tools.
• Strong integrity, professionalism, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrates values of innovation, passion for positive impact, and teamwork.

Additional Information

• This is a permanent full-time position.
• Shift is 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility and occasional Saturday coverage.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
