Remote Booking Agent

The Booking Agent represents clients seeking performance or appearance opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics to ensure successful engagements. They work closely with event organizers, promoters, and venues to align opportunities with clients' career goals.

Location: Remote (Mexico)

Salary: $45k–$65k

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between client and event organizers, promoters, venues, or clients
• Research and identify potential opportunities for clients, including performances, speaking engagements, tours, appearances, and more
• Negotiate terms, fees, and other contract details to ensure favorable conditions for the client
• Coordinate and manage travel and accommodations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and key industry stakeholders such as vendors
• Oversee financial aspects of bookings, including payments, deposits, and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to provide strategic booking advice to clients
• Resolve any disputes or issues that may arise in relation to bookings
