Responsibilities
- Manage a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, conducting effective performance management.
- Develop tactical and operational plans for the Clinical Sales - Surgeons team to support organizational objectives and business goals.
- Allocate resources to meet objectives and goals of the Clinical Sales - Surgeons area.
- Direct operations for strategic initiatives and serve as a primary contact for internal stakeholders.
- Lead and manage through change within a matrix organizational environment.
- Develop and communicate sales plans to managers, supervisors, and team members.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify quota credit or pay discrepancies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrate product and procedural knowledge, including clinical and procedural excellence, product expertise, and new product introduction.
- Ensure sales compliance with policies and monitor business and compliance practices.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention processes.
- Lead cross-functional groups for marketing campaigns, product direction, and solutions.
- Manage operational aspects of the team, including workflow, performance, and compliance.
- Integrate company Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision-making.
Requirements
- Leadership capability including managing and leading teams.
- Experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
- Knowledge of healthcare products, clinical procedures, and new product introduction.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Understanding of compliance and business practices in sales.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
