Project Manager

The Project Manager role at Spiralyze is a client-facing position focused on coordinating high-impact A/B tests across multiple disciplines, ensuring smooth execution from idea to analysis. No prior experience in A/B testing or project management is required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people to ensure tests move smoothly from idea to analysis.
• Help build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments, communicate the plan, and walk clients through progress and results.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, bringing clarity, positivity, and momentum.

• Organization and diligence, liking systems, checklists, and timelines.
• Proactive communication, flagging risks early, and asking for help when needed.
• Quick learner, interested in technology and design, and able to notice patterns and ask good questions.
