Regional Training Supervisor

The Regional Training Supervisor at Guild Garage Group is responsible for executing learning and development strategies across the Central and Eastern regions, partnering with garage door companies to deliver impactful training and coaching programs, and leveraging data to demonstrate program success.

Location: Remote

Salary: $70,000-80,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify Training Needs: Spot training gaps, design solutions, partner with owners and teams to create training roadmaps.
• Provide Field Coaching Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups, host weekly calls for regional sharing and microlearning.
• Facilitate & Create Training Programs: Travel or facilitate virtually, support field trainers, create content.
• Evaluate Program Success: Track success with data, collect feedback, present findings to leadership.
• Build Relationships and Partner with Field Operations: Collaborate with field teams, support trainers and leaders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Training & Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Ability to influence operational leaders through coaching and partnership.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with project management skills.
• Collaborative, able to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and data reporting.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.
