Junior Project Manager

A Junior Project Manager role supporting campaign delivery, installations, and project coordination across the UK and Europe, ideal for someone with strong coordination skills looking to develop a career in project management.

Location: Remote

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from brief to delivery while supporting larger campaign executions.
• Maintain project plans, schedules and key documentation, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
• Coordinate UK and European installation projects, including resource planning, scheduling and logistics management.
• Support on-site project delivery and provide project updates, reports and completion documentation.
• Prepare RAMS, coordinate permits and equipment requirements, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Support KPI reporting, project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Junior Project Manager or similar.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience within marketing, events, retail, experiential, production or installation projects would be advantageous.
