Product Operations Customer Manager (Full/Part/Freelance)

• Drive Product & Features: Gather requirements, lead implementation, and present updates to the market.
• Break Bottlenecks: Prototype solutions and automate workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead Innovation: Manage AI and IoT projects, turning concepts into deployed tools.
• Ground Decisions in Data: Analyze feature usage, survey market, and lead data-backed initiatives.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Act as a bridge between engineering, customer success, and shopfloor.

Requirements

• CAD/CAM experience (shopfloor experience)
• IoT experience
• Product management experience (or QA/testing or customer success)
