Product Manager - Hospitality Tech (Europe Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through rapid experimentation to determine what to build in the autonomous AI space for the travel and hospitality industry.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Expertise in product discovery, rapid experimentation, customer interviews, assumption testing, MVP validation, and learning from failures.
• Experience shipping 0–1 products through strong product discovery.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations (GPT-4, Claude, agent architectures).
• Strong bias toward action: ship fast, learn from real usage, iterate.
• Skilled in qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience building agentic AI products (systems that take autonomous actions) is a strong plus.
• Travel & Hospitality Tech expertise, including knowledge of travel and hotel technology, OTA ecosystems, booking engines, channel managers, and hospitality operations is preferred.
