Proactive Product Manager needed to help scale solutions for client problems in a remote, data-driven environment, shaping product direction and building impactful features.
Location: Europe, fully remote
Salary: £60,000–£70,000/yr
Responsibilities
- Leading structured discovery to understand client needs using feedback, data, interviews, and competitor analysis.
- De-risking difficult problems by identifying and executing cost-effective information gathering.
- Prioritizing high-impact focus areas and articulating reasons for focus to ensure right timing and build the right thing.
- Creating organized, well-reasoned specifications for design, development, and AI tools, with explicit tradeoffs and risks.
- Maintaining momentum across multiple projects, holding scope tightly, and favoring working, testable iterations.
- Using AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate work and inform decisions, recognizing where human judgment is necessary.
- Partnering with designers and developers to iterate during development.
- Measuring shipped features by defining success metrics, tracking them, and communicating findings.
- Creating efficient processes and documentation to improve team workflow.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of directly applicable PM experience with complex B2B or SaaS applications.
- Highly organized and self-managing, able to structure work and prioritize.
- Comfortable in technical discussions with developers and familiar with some programming and query languages.
- Energized by ambiguity and prefer shipping and learning over perfection.
- Excellent instincts for leverage points in systems or problems.
- Think in sustainable, scalable systems that accelerate decision-making.
- Skilled in analyzing data and distinguishing signal from noise.
- Experience collaborating with design, marketing, and development teams.
- Proficient in leading discovery work including user research, competitive analysis, and data analytics.
