Program Manager Fulfillment Operations

SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Program Manager, Fulfillment Operations to lead facility buildout and automation initiatives within their fulfillment network, focusing on project execution for new facility launches, relocations, and automation system deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical facility buildout and automation initiatives across the fulfillment network.
• Own end-to-end project execution for new fulfillment center (FC) launches, relocations, and automation system deployments.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, especially in facility buildout and automation.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple departments and external vendors.
• Ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
