Product Management Consultant, German Speaking

Product People is a leading provider of Product Management services in Europe, specializing in interim and fractional roles for digital-first companies. They support a community of 60,000 product professionals and work with notable clients like Amazon, eBay, and the World Health Organization.

Location: Remote (EU)

Salary: €70,000/year (Location Cluster 1)

Responsibilities

• Solve problems for clients and Product People, managing discovery and delivery streams.
• Work with diverse teams and adapt communication styles.
• Serve as an Interim Product Manager for post-product-market-fit companies.
• Craft and communicate product narratives to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor the next generation of Product Managers.
• Engage in new missions every 3-6 months to sharpen skills.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in German (minimum C1, CEFR) in speech and writing.
• Experience in Product Management, especially in strategic and executional roles.
• Ability to thrive in chaotic environments and bring clarity.
• Optimism, professionalism, and collaborative attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to switch contexts quickly.
• Commercial awareness and impact-driven mindset.
