Staff Product Manager Residential CRM

ServiceTitan is seeking a product leader to develop a residential CRM integrated with AI capabilities, supporting the evolving needs of the home service industry. The role involves strategic product management, customer discovery, and cross-functional leadership.

Location: US CA Remote

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Residential CRM, including data model, workflow architecture, and AI-powered features.
• Lead customer discovery with residential contractors, CSRs, and office managers.
• Guide pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with product marketing and finance.
• Partner with marketing on positioning, go-to-market, and launch strategy.
• Build customer enablement and onboarding models, define success metrics.
• Partner with sales and customer success on commercial motion, pitch, objections, and retention.

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping from zero to scale.
• Deep experience with CRM, marketing automation, or customer lifecycle products.
• A genuine point of view on AI-first product design.
• Background in vertical SaaS or serving mid-market/enterprise customers in high-volume transactional environments.
• Comfort working close to customers and leadership.
