Post Repossession Admin - Remote

Motorola Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, driven Post Repossession Admin to join their team. The role involves managing assignments, processing completion of services, and handling high call volumes in a remote environment.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $41,600–$43,680 USD

Responsibilities

• Administer acceptance of assignments from client/lenders.
• Process assignments, completion of services, and release of lender assets.
• Manage high call volume and handle escalations.
• Work within multiple systems and databases to meet lender requirements.
• Process vehicle releases and track auction pickups.
• Follow through and own work to completion.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of remote work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience handling escalations.
• Ability to multitask with multiple screens and tabs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
