The Payroll Coordinator at Safeguard Global manages the entire payroll lifecycle for workers, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely payments, while handling queries and maintaining records.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end payroll cycle for workers post onboarding.
- Maintain knowledge of payroll policies and regulations.
- Process payroll for workers.
- Investigate and correct payroll reports.
- Review and approve payroll reports.
- Maintain KPI, reporting, payroll schedule, and master input.
- Work with clients on in-country requirements.
- Monitor and update employee data.
- Respond to worker queries.
- Manage funding/billing and generate sales invoices.
- Store worker documentation according to compliance.
- Manage employment contract changes.
- Handle offboarding processes.
- Ensure background checks are completed.
Requirements
- Two to three years of working experience.
- Knowledge of payroll concepts and local legislation.
- Excellent communication skills in local language and English.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Self-directed with initiative.
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
