Partnership Advisor

The Partnership Advisor at Casey Family Programs contributes to partnership development, management, and policy reform efforts to support child welfare and prevent foster care. The role involves strategic collaboration, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement at national and state levels.

Salary: $91,758 – $160,655

Responsibilities

• Identifies, shapes and implements strategic partnership opportunities and strategies to advance Casey’s outcomes and goals.
• Facilitates engagement of partnerships in support of work in states/jurisdictions/tribes.
• Monitors, negotiates and manages relationships with key partners.
• Identifies and analyzes policy/practice issues affecting youth and families.
• Writes and edits documents, articles, reports, and other materials.
• Leads and assists in quality improvement within National Partnerships and SI Services.
• Acts as a steward of Casey resources, including expenses and labor hours.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in social work, court work, or public policy related to child welfare.
• Experience in program development, evaluation, and lived expertise in consultation.
• Leadership in strategy development and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience consulting on policy, child welfare practice, and managing partnerships.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record in leading collaborations and managing outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
