Partner Manager France (m/f/d)

Shopware is a leading open commerce platform that empowers brands and retailers to create scalable digital commerce experiences. The company is expanding across EMEA, with France as a key growth market, and is looking for a Partner Manager to develop its partner ecosystem in France.

Location: France (100% remote)

Salary: Based on experience, with an attractive variable component

Responsibilities

  • Build and expand the Shopware partner ecosystem in France.
  • Identify, acquire, and onboard new digital agencies, system integrators, and solution partners.
  • Develop and grow existing partner relationships for long-term collaboration and revenue growth.
  • Define and execute a scalable partner strategy for the French market.
  • Achieve pipeline targets within the partner portfolio.
  • Enable partners through onboarding, training, and joint business planning.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing activities, and local ecosystem events.
  • Analyze the French e-commerce landscape, competitive environment, and partner potential to refine market approach.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development.
  • Proven success in market development, partner acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the French e-commerce, system integrators, and digital agencies landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • High strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at C-level and operational levels.
  • Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
