Orthodontic Sales Specialist, Solventum Dental Solutions - Western and Southern

The Orthodontic Sales Specialist at Solventum is responsible for meeting sales quotas, building relationships with orthodontists and their staff, and managing customer satisfaction within the Oral Care Division in Western and Southern Minnesota and North Dakota. The role involves collaboration with inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable teams.

Location: Remote - candidate must reside in the Minnesota area

Salary: $105,600 - $145,200 (including base pay plus variable incentive pay)

Responsibilities

• Meeting an overall sales quota
• Building relationships with orthodontists, their staffs, and orthodontic residents
• Working with a team consisting of inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable
• Managing customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher from an accredited institution AND a minimum of 7 years of field sales and/or Clinical experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Current, Valid Drivers license

Additional Information

• Position requires use of a personal vehicle and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review is required. Travel may include up to 50%. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
