NQ Enrollment Specialist, Newport (H)

The role involves managing enrollment projects within the Non-Qualified Product Support team for a company that provides retirement, insurance, and consulting services. It is suitable for individuals with experience in the retirement plan industry who are detail-oriented and capable of coordinating multiple projects.

Location: Newport, or remote if applicable

Responsibilities

• Acts as overall enrollment project manager by coordinating all elements of existing plan enrollments and new plan implementations.
• Manages technical aspects of fund replacements, plan feature changes, class year account consolidation, and merger/acquisition or plan restructuring activities.
• Collaborates with departments such as Strategic Solutions Group, Investment Management, Client Service Managers, and Plan Administrators to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
• Develops and presents enrollment project calendars and conducts regular meetings to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Prepares enrollment process documentation.
• Oversees system-level enrollment cycles for Non-Qualified plans, including data gathering, system setup, and reporting.
• Ensures proper data linking and downstream impact analysis.
• Performs quality assurance audits to ensure compliance.
• Provides status reports to management and other departments.
• Utilizes workflow systems effectively and reports project status to senior management.
• Assists with cross-training and manages up to 100+ cases, coordinating resources and communication.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in the retirement plan industry or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
