Mental Health Therapist – Women's Health - Iowa Resident/Licensed

Seven Starling is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide online individual therapy focused on women's mental health, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause. The role involves telehealth sessions, supervision, and working remotely in a flexible environment.

Location: Remote (US - Iowa)

Salary: $145k–$156k

Responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
• Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment

Requirements

• Must reside and be fully licensed in the state of Iowa (IA)
• Currently, we can only accept independently licensed mental health therapists who hold an active license as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage & family therapist, mental health counselor or psychologist
• Preference given to candidates who hold multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following: AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX, VA
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause
• Experience working in a telehealth setting and consider themselves tech savvy
• Desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population
• Comfortable learning new systems, and have experience with electronic medical records
• Bilingual is a plus
