Medicare Sales Agent (Temporary)

Bloom is seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Health Plan Advisor for a temporary Medicare Sales Agent position supporting Medicare sales programs during the Annual Enrollment Period from October 15 to December 7.

Location: Remote

Salary: $18+ hourly base pay plus uncapped monthly incentives, with a $1,250 bonus paid in 2–3 installments depending on hire type.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned leads through inbound and/or outbound calls, depending on the specific program.
• Primary focus will be Medicare Advantage (MA) sales for one carrier.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active Health and/or Health and Life Insurance license required.
• Prior sales or customer service skills preferred.
