Manager, Regional Sales

The role involves driving SMB sales through shareholder banks, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue targets in assigned regional markets. It requires leadership, strategic sales skills, and relationship management.

Location: Remote (Canada, Ontario, Etobicoke)

Salary: $80K-$110K

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a sales team through recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage leads and ensure response timelines to improve conversion and relationships.
• Encourage sales team to maximize revenue through engagement and prospecting.
• Develop internal and external partnerships, including with partner banks, and provide input on products and initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of strategic sales, account management, or business development experience with a track record of sales results.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Proven success in an aggressive target-driven sales environment.
• Understanding of strategic selling techniques and negotiation skills.
• Experience in sales management methodologies, processes, and reporting.
• People leadership skills, ability to work cross-functionally, influence, and align teams.
• Constructive confrontation skills.
• Strategic thinking and results-driven approach.
