Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of CI/CD, DevOps, and Platform engineers.
- Champion a culture of security and operational excellence in SDLC and software supply chain.
- Ensure automated supply chain security controls and compliance with standards like FedRAMP and SOC 2.
- Secure and safe release practices for Internal Cloud Agent infrastructure.
- Drive strategy for internal developer platforms and self-service capabilities.
- Ensure robust CI/CD and GitOps delivery architecture.
- Implement and operate strict policy controls for compliance and governance.
- Establish performance and cost expectations for CI/CD infrastructure.
- Define and prioritize the team's technical roadmap in partnership with leadership.
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen residing in the US due to FedRAMP requirements.
- 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, DevOps/CI/CD Manager, or similar role in a cloud-native SaaS environment.
- Proven leadership in recruiting, mentoring, and empowering engineers.
- Expertise in CI/CD and GitOps environments, setting delivery standards, and evaluating architecture.
- Experience ensuring secure software delivery in regulated environments, defining supply chain security standards.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience tracking pipeline health and delivery metrics (e.g., DORA metrics).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of programming languages such as GoLang, Python, Java, or Javascript.
