Manager, Benefits – North America

The Manager, Benefits - North America at CDK Global is responsible for managing health, welfare, and retirement benefits plans, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and efficiently administered. The role involves leading projects, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance employee benefits programs.

Location: Remote

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of self-funded health & welfare and 401k retirement benefit plans for U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, compliance, and invoicing.
• Lead benefits projects including annual enrollment, 401k audits, and compliance activities.
• Implement new plans, vendors, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, HR Technology, and external providers.
• Resolve escalated issues, concerns, appeals, and claims.
• Develop and deliver training on benefits programs and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead and develop internal reports.
• Maintain knowledge of global benefits compliance and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in health & welfare benefits and 401k plans, including 3+ years managing self-funded plans, 2+ years in supervision, and 1+ years Canada benefits experience.
• Workday experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Experience presenting in MS Teams.
• Project management skills.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with data analysis proficiency.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Effective communication skills.
• CEBS certification preferred.
