Sedgwick is hiring a Legal Auditor to review legal invoices for compliance, working with insurance defense lawyers and legal spend industry professionals. The role involves applying tailored billing guidelines, managing workflows, and building strong client relationships in a supportive environment.

Salary: Competitive salary based on skills, experience, and qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Review legal invoices for compliance with customer-specific billing guidelines.
  • Consult with customers to improve billing guidelines and strategies.
  • Communicate with law firms to enhance billing practices.
  • Manage legal invoice volume and workflow using Legal Spend Management platforms.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide value to partners.

Requirements

  • A comprehensive understanding of Legal Costs and Insurance Litigation.
  • Law degree plus professional qualification (Costs Lawyer, Solicitor, CILEX).
  • Experience in Legal Costs, Insurance Defence Litigation, Insurance Claims, or Legal Spend Management.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard IT applications.
  • Confidence in exercising independent judgment.
  • Responsibility for own work.
  • Supportive team collaboration.
