Learning & Organisational Development Consultant, Pacific

An L&OD Consultant (Pacific) role focused on facilitation, content development, e-Learning, and coordination, supporting leadership and soft skills development in a global, remote environment.

Location: Remote (Pacific)

Responsibilities

• Develop & co-facilitate workshops on leadership development across RI Academy (from Emerging Leaders to Middle Manager Programs)
• Ensure the coordination of all programs, including communications, follow ups, post-session support
• Work closely with the L&OD Manager to support with a range of initiatives, such as Performance Reviews, YVC Cultural Survey, Succession Planning, and projects
• Support with our online learning platform (U+), providing guidance and recommendations to our people
• Work closely with the existing L&OD team and jump in where needed
• Identify improvements, leverage AI, and make recommendations
• Collaborate effectively across global time zones and with senior stakeholders

• Engaging and interactive facilitation skills for leadership and development sessions
• Ability to adapt content to suit organisational context
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• Global exposure and comfort working across cultures and time zones
