Lead Product Manager, U.S. Product & Enterprise

Deputy is a global SaaS workforce management company focused on transforming frontline work for hourly workers. The company is becoming AI-native and aims to improve workplace technology for frontline employees across various industries.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $162,400 – $223,300

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for US enterprise product priorities.
• Lead product ownership of strategic US enterprise programs.
• Embed across squads as the senior US product partner.
• Convert regulatory changes, customer feedback, competitive moves, and partner dynamics into product implications.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Solutions on enterprise deals and renewals.
• Own product integrity for the US enterprise surface.

Requirements

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS with broad product portfolio experience.
• Deep US market fluency for shift-based businesses.
• Enterprise product experience at scale with complex configurations.
• Technical depth to read API docs, reason about data flow, and debug discrepancies.
• Cross-PM credibility to influence decisions.
• Enterprise-facing experience including customer calls with execs.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Production AI/ML experience, ideally OCR ingestion and classification.
• Leadership without authority, mentoring PMs.
