Product Owner (M/F)

The company is a market leader in supply chain collaboration solutions, offering innovative software products. They are seeking a Product Owner to join their growing Product Management and R&D team to help evolve their platform and transition to new technological systems.

Location: Remote (Italy)

Salary: €40,000–€45,000

Responsibilities

• Define the Product Vision by collaborating with management to align business goals with user needs.
• Analyze market, competitors, and industry trends; conduct user interviews to identify real problems.
• Create, prioritize, and manage the backlog of User Stories for the development team.
• Make critical decisions on feature development to maximize ROI.
• Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs to guide data-driven decisions.
• Gather feedback, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate product progress to clients and internal departments.
• Coordinate pilot projects with clients to validate products/services and optimize client objectives.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in software/SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to translate complex business requirements into simple technical specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to interface with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
