Lead Product Manager

Location: United States

Salary: $180,000–$215,000

Responsibilities

• Owning the strategy and roadmap for Ethena's learning experience, including content topics, depth, regulations, and geographies.
• Contributing to the software roadmap by owning select features end to end.
• Developing a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and the market to inform decisions.
• Crafting clear product specifications and content strategies, navigating complexity and articulating tradeoffs.
• Using AI tools across work for customer research, data analysis, content development, and prototyping.
• Collaborating with learning experience, design, and engineering teams.
• Owning go-to-market and enablement motions for products, ensuring clarity on what is being built, why, and when it launches.
• Raising the bar for the product function and working with the VP of product to evolve ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving outcomes at early stage companies with shipped products and impact.
• Impeccable product sense that extends to impactful training and technology.
• Sharp, structured thinker with clarity in writing and conversation.
• Fluency with AI tools in day-to-day work, with understanding of their strengths and limitations.
