Applied AI Product Strategy & Revenue Lead

Prime Intellect is building the open superintelligence stack, providing infrastructure for AI labs to develop frontier AI models and workflows. The company focuses on creating an open-source, full-stack platform for post-training AI tasks, enabling customers to build and deploy their own AI labs.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Help define how Prime Intellect turns frontier post-training infrastructure into a product customers can understand, buy, deploy, and expand.
• Work directly with customers, leadership, and internal teams to translate customer pain into product strategy, technical scope, and revenue pathways.
• Shape product motion, identify market patterns, and develop narratives for the emerging category of full-stack AI infrastructure.
• Own high-value customer opportunities from initial contact through expansion, including discovery, proposals, and account strategy.
• Work closely with Applied Research to prioritize customer-facing work and technical demos that unlock major deals.
• Contribute to positioning, sales narratives, case studies, and internal strategy for category creation.

Requirements

• Exceptional generalist with experience in AI, product, and commercial strategy.
• Background in technical GTM, AI startups, product/strategy at technical companies, or related roles.
• Strong product and commercial judgment, technical understanding, and excellent communication.
• High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to work with researchers, engineers, and executives.
• Sharp instincts around enterprise buying, POCs, procurement, and expansion.
• Obsession with AI infrastructure, post-training workflows, agents, evals, and related areas.
